5 episode Stop doing skateboard tricks? SK8−60
Until now, I would have stopped if I hurt my body. This time, I started with an extraordinary determination, so I won't give up easily. I can't stop skateboard tricks.
Because skateboard tricks are the best reason to live in my 60s.
I used it too much and I hurt my left foot. I will heal quickly so that I can practice. Considering this condition, it seems that it was good to start from this level of tricks to build a body that can do extreme exercise and move. I wanted to practice the ollie as soon as possible, but suddenly extreme exercise would have definitely broken down considering this situation. The lack of exercise in the late 50s is more serious than I think, unlike when I were young. (Maybe I should have moved my body at this time, It seems that I overestimated my motor nerves ). Muscle builds up regardless of age. This is a little hopeful as I continue to practice tricks. I'm a little worried about the tendons, especially the Achilles tendon. Air tricks are played with the ankle snap of the back foot. Will my Achilles tendon be able to withstand the frequency of trick practice? I've done some research on tendons, but I don't know if tendons will get stronger if I train them. I often hear about Achilles tendon ruptures among athletes, so this is the most worrisome thing for me as an older person. As for movement, I can't say anything about it with this level of practice, but I don't feel like I've fallen from my 50s in terms of movement (maybe I just want to think so). However, since I haven't been exercising much since my mid-50s, it seems that I have no choice but to do it gradually in order to regain the feeling of extreme exercise. And considering that I hurt my left leg this time, it is certain that unreasonableness will not work.
In skateboarding, tricks are learned through repeated practice, so it seems necessary to be careful not to overdo it while devising a balance . ・・・・・・・・・・・never give up!
