It was really dangerous. It was such an event that the skateboard trick ended with a serious injury or death, so it's a wonder that I was saved my body. Human want to step into unexplored and unknown territory. The inquisitive mind of mankind has traveled from Africa to the wild lands all over the world and is finally reaching out into space. Human curiosity tries to overcome dangers and realize things that seem impossible. As I wrote before, my body is in a state of such an ancient DNA switch. I want to do the skateboard trick without flinching from the big crash the other day. Since I started doing the skateboard trick, my curiosity about skateboard tricks has never stopped. The passion for skateboard tricks continues to grow.
At the beginning of my 60s, I got out of the negative spiral of old age and the worries of aging with a skateboard trick, so I just do my best until I can. If I don't do my best while I have the ability to do it, I am getting closer to the average healthy life expectancy in Japan(early 70s), which is the guideline for staying healthy. As previously mentioned, the average healthy life expectancy is the life expectancy that a person can lead a healthy life without the need for nursing care. Although it is average, it is an indicator that independent living itself becomes a problem around that age. It's not about the level of being able to exercise or not. It's a serious age. Based on the stats, even without any illness or serious injury, I probably wouldn't be able to continue skateboard tricks for long as I approach that age due to age-related decline. However, I can't thank enough for giving me the opportunity to challenge such extreme exercise and having such extreme fun in the later years of my life. I am also grateful for the body that I can challenge myself. It seems contradictory, but I'm going to resist aging as much as possible with skateboard tricks. I want to keep doing skateboard tricks as long as possible.
I resumed the soccer bowl flip with my left foot (I used too much soccer bowl flip and it hurt) and rotated the skateboard. I am careful not to overdo it. The condition of my left foot has also improved. I didn't have to force myself to use my left leg by using my right leg, so I'm glad I was able to recover slowly.
