⑰episode Jump SK8-60

When people reach their late 20s, their opportunities for exercise decrease significantly. Exercise becomes separated from daily life unless people play a sport as a hobby or train at the gym. Furthermore, even among all types of exercise, jumping is something that people rarely have the opportunity to do unless people are involved in intense sports or advanced training. The following statements stand out in the information found regarding Jump. Examples include shaky knees, inability to fly straight, inability to maintain balance in the air, and dangerous landings. If people don't do it due to the decrease in opportunities as mentioned above, they will remain immobile and the nervous system and muscles that work together will deteriorate. Jumping is probably the most susceptible to the effects of aging. And most people may no longer be involved in jumping for a long time or for the rest of their lives. However, jumping seems to increase bone mass due to the impact movement that stimulates the bones (I hope that the number of people who jump unexpectedly will increase as people become aware of these effects.). Surprisingly, bones do more than just support the body. It is said that bones release substances that promote memory, muscle strength, and immunity. It is said to be the driving force that creates youth. It is said that humans can stay young as long as they are active and their bones are healthy. If you are able to jump, if you start working on it before you become estranged and continue to maintain it, you may have unexpected anti-aging effects when you get older.

Somehow, I decided to the ollie (jump and land on my skateboard) how much I can get back from my 50s. And I aim for skateboarding tricks from the ollie. Ollie is a jump while riding on a skateboard, so I don't know how effective the above-mentioned impact movement is on the bones. If I expect an effect like the one above, I might just need to jump separately as well. Even if I can no longer do skateboarding tricks, I will continue to jump for the sake of bone health.

・・・・・・・・I won't give in to aging!
