㉔episode I'm working on how to do the kickflip. SK8-60
I research various ways to do the kickflip, and when I find something that might be helpful, I try it out over and over again. There are many videos of the kickflip, but there aren't as many detailed explanations of how to rotate a skateboard vertically in the air once. I was intrigued by the video and when I tried it out, the skateboard wouldn't rotate at all in the air. The stance (position to ride) of the kickflip is almost the same, but when it comes to how to do the kickflip, the detailed way to rotate the skateboard in the air are not many explanations and each method seems to be different. I don't really know which one to choose among the different the kickflip methods. I've just started practicing it, so I'm trying my best to use it as a reference.
When it comes to the ollie and skateboarding tricks, it's pretty hard condition for someone at my age, so I want to be careful about my physical condition, but I can't find any, so right now I only do light stretches (after exercise). I am careful not to overstretch as it can also injure my body. I'm elderly, so if I go into long-term treatment, I might not be able to continue doing skateboarding tricks. Even if that's not the case, I'm older, so skateboarding tricks are super dangerous. There's also the risk of twisting an ankle or breaking something in my body if I fail skateboarding tricks. And since I'm always trying new skateboarding tricks, I might end up hurting my body by overworking myself just practicing them. That's why I also refrain from training for things other than skateboarding tricks that put a lot of stress on the body (Including what I think is effective for skateboarding tricks).
・・・My muscles are constantly sore just practicing skateboarding tricks.
