㉕episode The snapping power SK8-60

Maybe it's a generational thing or just a personal thing, but I can't shake the feeling that skateboarding is like a child's toy.  So I never imagined that skateboarding would lead to such a fulfilling life. And at the end of my life. I'm really fascinated by skateboarding. I was fascinated by the ollie in my 50s, and skateboard tricks in my 60s because skateboards become more stylish with use. For me, given my age, each of these events would normally end up smoldering, but an old flame had been rekindled. For me, the passion for skateboarding tricks defied aging and rejuvenated me. I realize that doing what I like is good for anti-aging. The current hurdles for skateboarding tricks seem high, but I have high hopes for my athletic ability to pull them off.

In the kickflip, the skateboard doesn't turn as easily in the air as it does in the soccer bowl flip. IT is that difficult the foot that rotate the skateboard is not the dominant foot. However, for the soccer bowl flip, after practicing with both feet, it was easier to rotate the skateboard with the left foot. This is the left leg that I am practicing my current kickflip on. My strength comes from my right leg, so I feel like I have a knack for rotating it, but I also rotate it in the air, so it may require strength as well. There are also videos and explanations that show that you need to strengthen your snapping power in order to rotate your skateboard with the kickflip. It would be difficult to physically strengthen my snapping ability in a short period of time. As I mentioned last time, I'm old, so I'm at risk of overwork.Like when I did a soccer ball flip, I will injure my left foot so I can't just switch and do it with my right foot. I need the switch ollie to rotate the skateboard with my right foot. I don't even know if I'll be able to do the switch ollie in the little time I have left in my skateboarding life. the switch ollie would be the most difficult thing in skateboarding for me. As I practice, I will continue to study how to rotate the skateboard as I gain the snap power of my left foot.
