㉗episode I'm working on how to do the kickflip. (2) SK8-60

I've been able to rotate my skateboard from time to time by practicing the kickflip. With this, I will postpone strengthening the snapping force for the time being. Even if I can rotate a skateboard, the best I can do is rotate it far away from my body. I will continue to practice and rotate the skateboard to move closer to my body.I can't ride a skateboard in the air unless I can rotate the skateboard under my body. Maybe because I'm not used to how to rotate the skateboard, I feel like my arms and shoulders are straining, and my upper body muscles are also sore. It seems like I'm putting effort into unnecessary things. I think I need to establish a good way to take care of myself after practicing skateboarding tricks, because the accumulation of fatigue also leads to aging.

I'm probably at an age where it's difficult to maintain my physical strength, but I'm more than making up for it by practicing tricks on my skateboard. However, I may find myself needing localized physical strengthening for individual skateboarding tricks. For me, this is the most difficult age-wise. I'm exhausted just practicing skateboarding tricks. I think it's good to do something like this (separate practice to strengthen snapping power), but if I hurt my left foot due to a mistake in my decision to strengthen my physical strength, I'll have to stop practicing the kickflip. If that happens, I won't be able to continue practicing with my right foot like I did the soccer bowl flip. This is because I'm at the stage of practicing to perform (successfully) the skateboard trick from the ollie, so I can't practice unless I can move both legs properly. Even with a minor injury, I can't do the switch ollie as I mentioned before, so it's impossible for me to continue practicing rotating the skateboard with my right foot. I think if I had to stop practicing skateboarding because I hurt a part of my body, I wouldn't be able to maintain my mental strength and physical well-being. This time, I have not decided to strengthen my snapping force (how much do I need to strengthen my snapping force to be able to perform the kickflip? Can I deal with it with tips ? I can't draw any conclusions). The way I practice skateboarding tricks since I turned 60 is likely to be a series of questions to myself. I'm just fine and keep practicing skateboarding tricks. That would be the best anti-aging effect for me. Furthermore, I aim to do the kickflip makeup.
