Sometimes my practice just rotating the skateboard of the kickflip was able to rotate the skateboard of the kickflip, and sometimes I couldn't rotate. When I practice skateboarding, I can't pick up where I left off like I do when I read a book, so it's difficult because I can't carry on my previous practice. I will practice while trying to figure out what is different or bad from the previous practice. There are times when I end a practice session without getting back on track. I'm pretty disappointed in this.I keep having a situation where I can and can't do things like that, and it's not going well. I'm wondering if I should change the way I rotate the skateboard.
When I did my practice of the ollie, I kept practicing, repeating whether I was able to do it or not. Just when I thought I was finally able to jump well, there were times when I hit my peak and was in a slump for a long time. I'm trying to do the same thing, but I can't. I start to get anxious when I can't do it anymore. Perhaps my negative emotions are to blame, and the situation worsens. I fall into a negative spiral. I'm the type of person who naturally thinks about things negatively. I think my problems with old age and aging from the age of 60 were really dangerous. This is the beginning of this blog, but encounter at that time with skateboarding tricks turned me into a positive dimension and freed me from the negative spiral of old age (the biggest problem in my life). I've been living happily ever since I turned 60, as if it were a lie that such an incident ever happened. ・・・・・・My little negative is starting to sprout inside the kickflip.
