㉞episode Anti-Aging (1) SK8-60

I feel that perhaps I placed too much emphasis on anti-aging, giving the impression of eternal youth and longevity (although this may be repetitive), so I am writing this. I felt an immense energy surge as my interest in skateboarding tricks was realized. I've avoided being relegated to the body of a old man and am practicing skateboarding tricks with a vibrant body. That's why I praised the anti-aging effects. However, I still can't imagine living a long and healthy life. For me, staying healthy until the average life expectancy in Japan is 80 years old is out of the question. Maybe I will walk the path to longevity, just as I never imagined living to be 60 when I was young, but for now practice of skateboarding tricks have been only a short-term anti-aging success. I don't know what the future holds. Other factors such as genetic factors (diseases, etc.) and a healthy lifestyle are also important for my health and longevity (I don't think anti-aging effects are a panacea). Although it is short-term, the anti-aging effects are enormous. I grabbed anti-aging In a moment. I haven't put in the effort or research. I simply followed what I was truly passionate about and what I was drawn to. That's all. If I hadn't become fascinated with skateboarding tricks when I was 60, I think I would have entered an old age, fearing aging (I really was facing a negative spiral of aging and an old age just before turning 60). My life has turned completely around and I am trying to learn skateboarding tricks with positive thinking. Human motivation creates anti-aging. I repeat, the important thing is to follow your heart when you are attracted to a momentary, powerful impact. There may be difficulties along the way, but it may lead to a brighter life. If you have to make risky decisions, you do so at your own risk. If you're going to do it, you need to make up your mind. I was also attracted to the extreme and dangerous tricks of skateboarding, so I started, prepared to get seriously injured. Currently, I am actively practicing the kickflip.

Congratulations to Yuto Horigome on being selected to compete in the Paris Olympics. It was a huge reversal. This may have also been boosted by the excitement of skateboarders from all over the world and people who wanted to watch the competition. Everyone want to see Horigome's competitive spirit as he pursues and executes new, original skateboarding tricks.

After all, he is a special person. We look forward to seeing him perform some amazing new skateboarding tricks at the Paris Olympics.
