㊴ episode Kickflip : Can I go to ride on a rotating skateboard in the air ? (4) SK8-60

My problem (the skateboard wouldn't rotate under my body) was solved in an unexpected way. I started practicing the kickflip while standing still, but when I started practicing while moving forward a little, the skateboard started to rotate under my body. I can ride with one foot because the skateboard rotates under my body, but I can't ride with both feet.

The human construction is complex. For me, balancing and riding on a skateboard comes naturally. I think I'm riding in the same way, but there seems to be a subtle difference in the way I balance and ride when I practice standing still and when I practice moving forward a little. Currently, when I practice the kickflip while moving forward a little, the skateboard rotates under my body. I'm not sure if my current condition is just a coincidence and whether the skateboard will be able to rotate under my body during the next practice session, but I continue practicing with some anxiety.

Now that I can rotate the skateboard under my body, I'm putting in too much effort and it's starting to feel a bit overworked. If I don't pay attention to that, it will be a big problem. As a result of overworking my knees, ankle joints, Achilles tendons and ligaments, as well as hamstrings and calf muscles, all of which are difficult to heal when injured.                                I get so engrossed in my skateboarding tricks that I tend to forget how advanced age 60 years old I am. I will be careful and do my best.
