㊻episode ・・・・ Front 180 (1) ・・・・・・ SK8-60

When I did the Front 180, I couldn't snap the skateboard properly if I twisted my body. I kept jumping diagonally(Diagonal Ollie). I finally manage to twist my body, snap the skateboard, and turn it with the nose scraping against my toe. I began to get a feel for how to twist my body at the start and how to turn the skateboard. I tend to think about the order in my head, so I end up neglecting to snap or not being able to twist my body properly, but sometimes I get a good feeling when the nose of the skateboard scraping against my toe and I can turn it at a slight angle. I'm trying my best to be able to do a full 90 degree turn.

Being elderly, I was worried that I would twist my body and strain my lower back, but so far I haven't had any problems. However, sometimes I am bothered by the discomfort in my ankle when snapping the skateboard. This situation isn't improving anytime soon. It's my Achilles tendon, so if I injure it, it's the end of my skateboard trick life. As an older person, there are many other problems that could arise for me besides skateboarding tricks. Basically, I have ageless physical strength and a passion for doing skateboarding tricks.

Practicing my skateboard tricks will also help with the anti-aging effects. I can't lose the constant battle against aging.I want my Achilles tendon to be stronger too...

The Front 180, as the name suggests, turns 180 degrees and land the switch stance. The switch stance is the gateway to the switch ollie skateboarding tricks that I'm aiming for (my ultimate goal). Rather than it being the skateboarding trick that I'm aiming for, it feels more like a natural progression of the skateboarding life I've had. Ideally, I would like to continue practicing skateboarding tricks and over the years do my own original, unique style.
