59episode .......Anti-Aging (5)Handstand ❹ .SK8-60 (Japanese)

When I do handstands, I no longer hesitate to put my hands on the ground. It seems that I have gained some muscle strength, and now I can kick my body up the wall smoothly if I put my hands on the ground (although sometimes I still have trouble doing it). I've also become more confident in my upper body when kicking up my body, so I can now kick more firmly.

At first, I did handstands every day, but now that I've managed to build up a minimum amount of muscle strength in my neck and shoulders, I've relaxed due to a sense of accomplishment, and there are days when I don't do handstands. I may need to find a way to make handstands as fun as I described in my previous article (handstand ❸). I initially focused on handstands. (which I think is the easiest and most revolutionary way to go against gravity) to combat wrinkles and sagging skin on my face, so I'm not sure how effective it will be, but I'm hopeful and would like to boost my motivation for handstands....

As I am in my 60s, my muscle strength may decline and may not be able to recover due to my age, as I described in the previous article (handstand ❸). At present, handstands are essential to maintaining upper body strength (for me, they are short and efficient). I was at an age where I had to make it a habit, even if I didn't want to.Skateboarding tricks and as it stands, I think adding in some skateboard tricks and handstand training is a great way to maintain full body strength and stave off the effects of aging.

(Caution) Doing a handstand can be dangerous depending on your constitution and physical condition , so please check out specialized websites and information (and consult a doctor if you are unsure) and do it at your own risk and in a way that suits your abilities.
