61episode Anti-Aging (6) Handstand ❺ SK8-60

It seems that posture is also important when doing the handstand. I didn't even think about my posture when doing  the handstand. Several videos have explained that the ideal posture  fully make your shoulders into the correct position within shoulder width.  I find that just practicing raising my hands and setting my shoulder is a good exercise that really lifts both my spine muscles. The ideal handstand posture is one in which the backs of your hands, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, and toes are all in a straight line.

For now, I'm going to try engaging my shoulders while doing my usual handstand against the wall.  My palms were open, and when I moved my fingertips inward, it felt like my shoulders were engaged.  I'm not used to it,  so it's difficult for me to maintain my posture(Handstand with good posture). I feel uptight and cramped.  Surprisingly, I couldn't hold on and fell immediately (maybe I didn't have enough muscle strength to hold this position). I'm not sure if my shoulders are fully engaged, but it's the first step towards good posture in a handstand.

It is said that being able to do a handstand in a straight line will help you develop your core strength and a high level of balance. I believe that core strength and a good sense of balance are the most important elements for skateboarding tricks (those who excel in these skills can become athletic skateboarders). I was wondering if doing upside down exercises would help with facial wrinkles and sagging skin, and I realized that I had lost muscle strength in my upper body, so I started working on restoring and strengthening that muscle strength. I think that practicing handstands with more correct posture will help me develop my core strength and a more advanced sense of balance. I'm still at the stage of doing wall handstands, so I think it will be a difficult journey to improve my core strength and advanced sense of balance, just like with the switch ollie.

(Caution) Doing a handstand can be dangerous depending on your constitution and physical condition , so please check out specialized websites and information (and consult a doctor if you are unsure) and do it at your own risk and in a way that suits your abilities.
