73episode Anti-Aging (9) Wall Bridge❷ SK8-60 (Japanese)
I've gradually gotten better at wall bridges by lowering my hands down the wall and arching my back. So I stepped away a little and bent my body backwards, towards the wall. As expected, I was afraid to suddenly lean my body against a distant wall with both hands, so I twisted my body diagonally, placed one hand on the wall, then the other, and somehow managed to get into a wall bridge position. This is just my own idea, so I don't know if it's a good way to do it.
It will probably take some time for me to develop the flexibility to bend my body towards the wall with both hands (although I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to do it). For me, if I can do this much, it's enough for warm-up and cool-down exercises. I would like to incorporate wall bridges as well as Handstand, but at a moderate distance so as not to get too heated.
As I mentioned last time, I'm looking forward to the synergistic effect of stretching and wall bridges, as flexibility can help reduce injuries from falls when practicing skateboarding tricks. I would like to improve my Ukemi(Breakfall), but that is a challenge for me in the future. I think it's important to incorporate exercises in a way that doesn't put too much strain on my body, otherwise I might injure myself outside of practicing skateboarding tricks. I believe that practicing skateboarding tricks and improving body care and maintenance are also essential for anti-aging.
